Can I drink Brissta on an empty stomach?

Many people do! Café Au Lait is designed to be gentler than black coffee, thanks to the added fat and protein from our housemade milk base. Many people find it easy to drink on its own, even first thing in the morning.

Americano is smooth and balanced, but if you're sensitive to black coffee, pairing it with food may feel best.

Is it travel / TSA friendly?

Yes! Brista is shelf-stable, non-perishable, and easy to pack. It travels well and is TSA-friendly.

While you can travel with both sticks & eco-bags, we recommend the eco-bags for at-home & office use and sticks for on-the-go!

How much caffeine is in a cup?

Each Brissta has about as much caffeine as you could expect from a regular cup of coffee - think about ~80mg.
